[JWM] launching two programs at startup on two different virtual desktops

Hello. i've been using jwm for about two week and i think it is a nice and fast window manager. I've seen that it is possible to launch a program at jwm startup . However , i'd like to launch two different programs at startup running on two different virtual desktop , i.e ,at startup, jwm should launch program A on desktop 1 and program B on desktop 2. Is it possible to do this  using jwm ? if it isn't possible ,do you know a window manager that can do this ?
