[JWM] jwm & rxvt

Hello.

I am using NixOS and trying install jwm. It works somehow with warning 
reports about fonts and xload. But it's impossible to run terminal. Is  
rxvt necessary  or it's possible to use xterm?

Also when I tried to find documentation I saw the page with:
