[JWM] JWM was not shown in the menu of GDM

A.
The keycode 113 - issue is solved
(with the workaround from Frank Siebler).

B.
But JWM is still not in the session menu of GDM.
As I understand it, you have to check, if there is a file
in the directory "/usr/share/xsessions/", but with your
updated deb-package there is still no file installed
in this directory :-(

C.
The shutdown option is not working.
Perhaps it is more clever to use "gksu",
my suggestion is:

<Program label="Shutdown" confirm="false" icon="exit.png">
  /usr/bin/gksu
  --message "Give super user passwort to shutdown."
  "shutdown -h -P +0"	
</Program>

D.
The "<Background type="tile">" is not properly implemented,
it would be better to either commend out the line:

<Background type="tile">$HOME/bg.xpm</Background>

or to provide the necessary file "bg.xpm" with JWM package
and copy it to a proper place.
