[JWM] JWM was not shown in the menu of GDM

This is Debian fix, should be corrected now.

The /etc/jwm/jwmrc now contains the AltGr change and your suggested
shutdown (from WWW page). Would you install new Debian package and test
it in your environment too:

  wget http://cante.net/~jaalto/tmp/debian/jwm/jwm_2.0.1-2_i386.deb
  dpkg -i ...
