[JWM] JWM was not shown in the menu of GDM

Hi,

I don't know, if this is the job of the debian
JWM-package maintainer or if it is a job of JWM
developers:

I had the problem, that JWM was lost in the
menu of GDM, so I was not able to start
JWM via GDM.

So I started an investigation and found
the trick, and published it in the internet:

I hope my advice is correct.

But it would be much better,
to check in the instalation routine,
if the necessary file is on the right place.

And than it would be nice to solve the
keycode 113-issue.
