[JWM] Jwm: AltGr (keycode 113) is lost (Debian testing version)

Hello,

before starting X-windows "showkey" on the terminal gives:
0x64 0xe4

I use a PC105-keyboard.
(Fujitsu&Siemens KBPC E DEU / S 26381-K261-L120)

If I start X-windows with the JWM,
the response of
"xmodmap -pke|grep 113"
is promising:

keycode 113 = ISO_Level3_Shift
****

But the "xev" gives the following response:

The enviroment variable LC is not defined.


When starting with FVWM (using the same xorg.conf)
xev gives the correct answer:

    root 0x45, subw 0x0, time 1142628, (52,104), root:(1060,182),
    state 0x0, keycode 113 (keysym 0xfe03, ISO_Level3_Shift), same_screen YES,
    XLookupString gives 0 bytes:
    XmbLookupString gives 0 bytes:
    XFilterEvent returns: False

This phenomenon is new, with JWM 1.6 I had no problems
with the keycode 113 (AltGr)
