Right now I'm running Puppy Dingo alpha2, exactly the same situation,
but using Openbox, and MPlayer behaves perfectly. I tested restarting
MPlayer many times, playing different media files, both windows
always display correctly on the screen.
It is pretty certain the problem is with JWM.
