JWM v2.0 has finally been released!

This version of JWM has a new look and a few other enhancements and bug
fixes. There are a few changes to the configuration file since v1.8,  
so be sure
to see the example.jwmrc when upgrading from v1.8 or earlier.

Changes:
	- New look.
	- Background support on a per-desktop basis.
	- Veritcal/horizontal maximization support.
	- Added the ability to move windows with the pager.
	- Many bug fixes.
