[JWM] Key bindings strangely affected by number lock

Resize from the top of the window is something I somewhat miss too...
I might experiment with putting it back, although, I like the way it  
looks
without the decorations for resizing at the top. I could do it without
decorations at the top though I suppose.

Anyway, thanks for letting me know about the number lock issue.
I'll see what I can do about that...
