[JWM] Key bindings strangely affected by number lock

Hi everybody,
We're loving JWM 2 over in Puppyland [except the inability to resize 
windows from the top :( ].  I've noticed a problem that shows up in at 
least JWM 1.7, 1.8 and 2.0, installed in both a very old version of 
Puppy Linux, and the latest stable version.  Keys that are bound to 
root: or exec: commands only seem to work when number lock is off.  It 
doesn't seem to matter what the keys are.  It seems to me like a JWM 
issue, but I guess it could be something else.
