[JWM] New app designed for JWM

[..::JoesBox::..]

I wrote a menu generator for JWM called JMG (Joe's Menu Generator)
it is written in C.
it is best used in the <Include> tags with in the RootMenu.
it also has the option to output to a file.

it comes with a wide assortment of supported/found applications for the
menu.

Application suggestions are always welcome (and i know a few that are needed
but need the command called to exec them)
