[JWM] Any Chance of a -reconfigure Option?

I noticed that Openbox has a "-reconfigure" commandline option, for  
re-reading the rc files without restarting.

Any chance of such an option being implemented in JWM? Is it  
impossible due to the dependence of panels upon jwmrc?
